Using our Sorcerer clam-shell moulding machines we are able to mould components up to 3.1m in length and 2m wide.

These machines offer ultimate moulding flexibility allowing both even wall moulding and variable wall moulding. Internal air systems also enable air movers to be utilised within tooling.

Materials currently processed include LDPE, MDPE, HDPE and cross-linked PE. We are able to use compound materials or we have facilities to dry blend materials on site. Many of our customers are also now requesting moulding in recycled materials, which we are happy to accommodate

Inserts and additional strengthening aids can be moulded into the component allowing sub-assemblies to be fitted post moulding.
